Terms of Service

1. Who we are
Kryera ("we", "us") is operated by Kryera. You can reach us at support@kryera.com.
2. Your account
You can try Kryera without an account for a limited number of messages. Beyond that you need to create one, which requires a working email address.
- You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age in your country, whichever is higher.
- You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your password safe.
- One person, one account. Creating accounts to repeatedly claim free credits is abuse and we may remove those accounts and the credits.
- Tell us promptly at support@kryera.com if you think your account has been accessed by someone else.
3. Credits and payment
Kryera is prepaid. You buy a pack of credits, and using the service consumes them. There is no subscription and no automatic recurring charge.
- Credits are consumed according to how much work a request actually takes. Longer conversations, larger files, generated images and multi-step tasks cost more. The current cost of a typical message on each model is shown in the model picker.
- Credits do not expire.
- Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred between accounts, and cannot be exchanged for money.
- Unused credits can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Credits you have already spent cannot be refunded, because the underlying cost has already been incurred on your behalf.
- Payments are processed by PayPal. We never see or store your card details.
- We may change prices for future purchases. Credits you have already bought keep the value they had when you bought them.
4. Acceptable use
Don't use Kryera to:
- break any law, or infringe anyone's rights;
- create malware, run attacks, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system, including ours;
- produce sexual content involving minors, or content that incites violence or hatred against people;
- impersonate a real person or organisation, or generate content designed to deceive people about who created it;
- resell, resyndicate, or wrap Kryera as your own API without a written agreement;
- attempt to extract our prompts, bypass usage limits, or automate abuse of the free tier.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules. Where the breach is clearly deliberate, we may do so without notice and without refunding remaining credits.
5. AI output
Kryera passes your requests to AI models operated by third parties. This matters:
- Output can be wrong. Models make things up, including citations, figures and quotes. Check anything that matters before relying on it.
- Kryera is not a substitute for professional advice — legal, medical, financial or otherwise.
- Output is not unique to you. Another user asking a similar question may receive similar text.
- As between you and us, you own the output you generate, to the extent it can be owned. You are responsible for how you use it, including checking that using it doesn't infringe anyone else's rights.
6. Your content
You keep ownership of what you send us — your prompts, files and images. You grant us only the permission needed to run the service: to store your content, and to transmit it to the AI provider you selected so it can answer you. Nothing more. See the Privacy Policy for the detail.
7. Availability
Kryera depends on services we do not control. Models are deprecated, rate-limited and occasionally unavailable. We provide the service "as is", without a guaranteed uptime, and we may change or discontinue features. If we discontinue Kryera entirely, we will give reasonable notice and refund unused credits.
8. Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim relating to Kryera is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or lost data.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. If a change materially reduces your rights, we will give notice by email or in the product before it takes effect. Continuing to use Kryera after that means you accept the change.
10. Ending the agreement
You can stop using Kryera and delete your account at any time from Settings. You can close your account and request a refund of unused credits under section 3.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Jordan, and disputes will be heard by the courts of Jordan, unless mandatory consumer law in your country gives you the right to bring a claim locally.
